Dr. Evyline Chioma is a Board Certified GerontologIst (BCG) in occupational therapy with 19 years of experience. She graduated with her doctorate in occupational therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She provides dementia education services & older adults fall prevention consultation. She is a Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS), a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS), a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner (CDP), and a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT). Dr. Chioma's expertise in the care of the geriatric population lends to her demonstrated excellence and best practice in the care of this population. She is passionate about her career roles and derives great joy in helping this population live well.
